SELLING TICKETS via ZenCart

Hello, I'm currently selling tickets on my site but i'm asking my customers to print their confirmation and use that as a ticket, kinda lame but works. I'm looking for a better NOT lame way to sell tickets. Ideally i would love it if my customer purchased their ticket then get an automated email with a download link for them to download their ticket. I'm thinking it should work like a download, right? but how do i set that up.

Thank you and before you point me to the forum to search for an answers, i have, believe me I have and looked at everything but nothing pointing to the right direction.
