    Default IE layout issue

Hi all, I have a little odd problem. I’m working on the layout for a new site, www.dartspower.co.uk and things are going nicely but I’ve just noticed that the category lists don’t go full page width in IE the way they do in firefox and Safari. Everything I’ve tried so far has made a mess of what’s working and not fixed what’s not.

IIRC, some versions of IE have a bug where they need to be forced to calculate the correct size of blocks, especially inside tables. The usual fix is to specify the height of some element -- either the one with the problem or one that's above it in the hierarchy -- to 1%. No, that's not a typo, just use height: 1%; in an appropriate spot in the stylesheet and see if that fixes the problem.

    Outstanding, that sounds fantastic.
I'll play with firebug and see if I can find the right place and just play with it.
Thanks very much for the help
