Installing Direct Bank Deposit Module

Hi everyone.

I am a zencart newbie but have taught myself quite a bit over the last couple of months while setting up my online store.

I am just stuck on installing the direct bank deposit module.

I found some really helpful instructions here, however I have come to a dead end as I just cant find the two files in question that I need to install:

/ includes / languages / english / modules /dirbank.php (8kb)

/ includes / languages / english / modules / payment /dirbank.php (3kb)

I downloaded the direct bank deposit module from here and when I go into the unzipped folders I simple can not find the files mentioned.

So clearly I am missing a step somehow.. although I don't get how that is possible. I have followed the instructions diligently but still have no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sure this is posted somewhere else in the forum but I have had a look and can't fine an answer.

It looks like the author has changed the filenames since that thread was started. Just drag the 'includes' folder from the mod to the root (top) directory of your store, and everything will end up where it needs to be. You could then delete the AUS and USA files if you wanted.

Ok great I can try that. Obviously the includes folder has all sorts of files in it - copying the whole folder onto my FTP, is that going to wipe and changes that I have made to my website?

That was the only concern stopping me from doing the full copy in the first place.

Copying folders won't overwrite anything - go ahead and drag and drop the 'includes' folder.

Ok I just finished uploaded the includes (and all contents) folder only, using Fetch.

It all finished fine but there is no extra modules that have been added...

and.. my contact us page has been completely wiped :-(

How could this have happened? Will this wipe things every time I want to upload a module?
