Do you mean the products arent showing up in in paypal? If so im pretty sure they wont, it should just show the transaction amount etc. you can get what the customer has ordered via the admin.

Hi The Paypal side works fine
I mean in site admin if you click on Customers then orders, then although someone has purchased it doesnt say what products they actually purchased

Which PayPal module are you using?
    Which country are you in?
Are you saying you have an empty order? Or no orders at all for that customer?

Yes, if an order is present, it should say the details. I was simply asking whether an order is actually listed there or not.
