HTML Editor Not working -UGH!

I've searched the forums and i did read that prior to upgrades there were issues with the html editor. I've also read that errors have occurred in IE and not in firefox. However I have a new install 1.3.9h and the All Business template. I have recently installed Ultimate Fade (which included a new javascript file) still no HTML area will show in Define Pages Editor or in EZ Pages. Any ideas why this is? Much help appreciated, Lynn

What is your setting here:

admin panel/ configuration/ store/ HTML Editor

Thank you for responding. I did check config/my store/html and changed it to HTML area (even though this refers to admin emails, newsletters etc) but it has made not change for me in define main page or in EZ pages. Any other ideas?

Now try this:

admin panel/ catalog/ categories-products/ top right hand side "Text Editor" change to HTML

It was on HTML by default and when I created a category and then a product not WYSIWYG editor. This is my 7th website with Zen Cart and I've never experienced this. Thanks for helping. Any other ideas?

Switch to Classic Contemporary Green and see if problem still exists..
