Attributes Controller not showing products

I am new to Zen Cart. I am using v1.3.9h (not upgraded), from a fresh install. I have set up a Option name called Flavors and added eight flavor option values.

When I go to the Catalog->Attribute Controller, I get the drop-down list of catagories/sub-catagories. When I choose the category a Product Listing comes up but no options to add attributes to it do. See attached screen shot.

I have been working on this shopping cart for a while, and all other aspects seem to test out well.

I think I would have found the issue by now if there was an error message or other defining aspect of the problem, however it just seems some controls are missing.

Looks like you might have a bad upload of the file that runs this page...

Look here for me and report back any errors in this folder
