missing image below header

Version 1.3.9h

im taking this project on half way through and have a question regarding a missing image. Right below the header and breadcrumbs I have a red X that is a missing image. Ive tried searching for the image path and name but cant find any documents that have this link.
Is this part of the header or left side navigation? If I can figure out where the missing image would be situated in the classic template I may be able to find the code and fix.

You could right mouse click on it and view the image path??
