Seem to be having problems identifying where the background colour is being set from.
I have checked stylesheet.ccs, and there is no body tag used to set the red I'm seeing. I'm wondering if a image is being loaded, but I can't find that either.
I want to find the red so I can either graduate top-tail.gif to meet it or (most likely)change it to black
