How to allow client to upload more than 1 image per product?

1.3.9h new install

THe product is guitar picks and there is a bulk discount for more than one. Each pick can have a different picture.

So how can we allow 4 different pictures to upload. The upload design feature overwrites the first picture. Do we need to add four of those or can you even do that?
