Setting up attributes for alphabet

I need suggestions on how to set up attributes for bracelets that will include Alphabet cubes. Bracelets can have a name of choice. Nine letters are included in the price of the bracelet, any letters over 9 are $5.00 each. Customer will also need to indicate name - should that be done in comments?

After seeing the demo, I think I've figured out an option.

I've set the option name as "alpha characters", option value as "text" letting the customer enter the characters requested and then the price per extra letters and number of free letters in the prices attribute section.
