Permissions were 755 until a help file told me they should be 777. It still did not work. But I THINK I may have found the problem. I logged into clients cPanel and they have gone over the disk space limit. I'm upgrading their hosting account today, but practical thinking would tell me that because they exceeded their limit, there is an auto shut off with uploading files like images, etc. Which would explain to me why it allowed the text part to upload, but not any actual media.

I've never breached a limit so I don't know 100% for myself if this is this cause. If you can confirm this, maybe this post will help someone else in the future because I know I'm about to find out for myself in the next day or two
