Multiple Images Problems

Hi Everyone... I am running into issues with multiple images... I have been reading this forum as well as others online, but still cannot seem to get it resolved....

I uploaded the primary image through the GUI... name is candypack.jpg

I uploaded other images via FTP into the same image as candypack.jpg -- names are candypack_01.jpg and candypack_02.jpg

BUT they are not showing up.. I have the additional images attribute set to '1'

What else can be going on? I am using the default template at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your image names are correctly formatted, so this could be a program issue (bad / corrupted PHP files somewhere).

Have you installed any other modules? Some can overwrite the additional_images.php file(s).

If you have followed the template over-rides procedure correctly AND you are aware of any Add-On over-writes that have occurred, you could try loading a fresh set of zencart files to the server, to REPLACE the current core files on the server.

BEFORE you do this, make a full backup or copy of ALL your folders and files that relate to your ZC installation.

No other modules have been installed....

I tried the suggestion and re-uploaded all PHP.. no changes.. I still cannot get multiple images to show...

Anyone have any other ideas?

The additional images went via FTP. Did your ftp program use BINARY mode to send them? It could be that they we sent in ascii mode.

Look at your setting in

admin > catalog > product type > general > at far right select "edit layout > look for Show Product Additional Images > make sure it is set to "1"

Additional images are there, for some reason they are being hidden, I have seen this before but i can't remember where (I'll have a look soon)

You seem to have a partial install of image handler, that shouldn't cause a problem unless it is a very very old versions
