there are various email address options I can see in the configuration menu for email options, but is it possible to have a specific address for newsletters. i.e. Rather than if coming from "customer service" or from STORE_NAME I would like it to come from either me personally or some other name like "news@" or "offers@"

Can this be configured? I don't mind creating a field in the database which contins the address and name and then pointing code to it if that saves trying to create a nice admin front end field for it.
