Missing Footer under Modules -> Payment

Hey ZC team! I need to edit some settings in my LinkPoint payment module. To my surprise, when I went to Modules --> Payment, it doesn't allow me to edit anything. In fact, it looks like the page stops writing after the PayPal option, and doesn't spit out the footer or the Edit menu.

I am attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

I assume that perhaps there is some setting in the database that is preventing the page to stop writing, but I don't know how to check for that.

NOTE: Everything is working perfect for our store. PayPal works, so nothing is broken. It's just that we need to update some Linkpoint settings and it's not allowing us to edit it within the Admin panel anymore because it won't display the settings for us.

There is a faulty php file somewhere. Probably one related to that module. It could have been corrupted during the FTP process.

You will need to find that faulty file, and either fix it, or load a fresh copy of it into its appropriate folder.

Any tips on how to find the offending file? Is there a way to enable a debug message to tell me what file and line number it's encountering an error on?

I'm currently looking in my admin/cache folder but I only have PayPal log files, and no Debug log files in there.

Actually I finally got the debug message when I access that page in the Admin:

Not sure what it means yet but I will see if I can find those files and do some digging.

Since I don't use the pm2checkout module, I simply renamed the PHP file under includes/modules/payment and the error went away.
