admin not accessable

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What is this?

It's a brand-new install.

If it's a "brand new install" then why does the homepage say:

Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

It's a new cart that I had imported the database from an old cart into.

The old cart was named zen-cart, the new one just "cart".

It's a new cart that I had imported the database from an old cart into.

So the first thing you need to do is to rename your 'admin' folder back to 'admin', upload the 1.3.9h zc_install folder and then go to http://www.workaholics-anonymous.org/cart/zc_install and, when asked, select the "Upgrade Database Only" option. This will upgrade your old database to match your 1.3.9h install.

Then you rename the 'admin' folder again, and edit the 3 references to /admin/ to /newname/ in your admin/includes/configure.php file.

I did exactly as you have described and this is what I get when I try to login the cart admin:

If it is still telling you that a file is not found in the "admin" folder, you have most likely missed renaming all instances of the "admin" in the admin/includes/configure.php file.
