This problem has reared it's ugly head again for me. I think it was because I installed the fast easy checkout mod.

I would rather not pay again for an Odesk worker to fix this. Can anyone suggest a more permanent resolution?

I have spent the last 4 days going through many forums with a fix for the same problem reported in this thread.

Have you all managed to fix your problem?

Should I be testing this bit of code change?

Only you're referring to a file that I don't have on my site: paypalwpp.php. why I don't know, but it all started after I upgraded paypal to a business account.

Where do I get a copy of this file please.

I now have made all the changes chriswillows and DrByte suggested and still no solution.

The annoying thing is that it was working for a few weeks until I upgraded Paypal to a business account from premier.

I have checked the log files and the only thing suspicious in the two log files is the difference in getExpressCheckoutDetails and SetExpressCheckoutDetails and the [shiptostate] is different in the two. One is set to Greater Manchester, and the other is set to UK.

Any ideas please?

Have you made any further progress with this as we are suffering this symptom too but i thought it was to do with Website Payment Pro?
