Does anyone know how to set the admin page so that you can visit it only from 1 or 2 IP adresses.

If your hosting company allows it, you could add the appropriate rules in an /admin/.htaccess file using the directives your hosting company permits for that operation.

Just remember you've done this, because if your IP Address is DHCP assigned and it changes, you might need to change the .htaccess file by FTP before you can access your admin panel again.
