Removing lowest attribute price from Product Listing page

Some of my products have attributes.

I want the price to STAY on the product listing page for the products that DONT have attributes.

For products WITH attributes, I don't like how it shows the lowest price above "more info"

How can I remove that with it affecting every single product?

It has to do with what and how you have them applied
On a stock install with the demo products you can see that it displays as I believe you are wanting
