comm100 installation help?

I searched through the forums and found out that I could install comm100 chat support by installing the crafty syntax sidebox.

The problem is that I have no idea where to put the code for comm100.

I tried to install it, followed everything but all I have is the sidebox that says live help and nothing else

At this point I didn't even try the comm100, since it seems crafty syntax would fit what I need. I still need help installing please.
