define pages scroll bar?

Hi im trying to add a scroll bar to my define pages
terms and conditions page

The template i have downloaded smooth_green has a floating box and the text that i have put on is too long for the box and is overflowing. thought if i could put in a scroll bar this would solve this problem or if there is another solution please could you let me know

Are you wanting the top header and sideboxes to remain in place while the T & C scroll?

it seems to happen on all the boxes is there a way of making the boxes extend as the text does ? dont know if you will be able to see the site if i give you this but i will put it anyway....
