Upgrading 1.3.x to 1.3.9h. Using zc_install, and at the index page, after the license screen (before prerequisite screen), it says:
1146 Table 'XXXzencart.authorizenet' doesn't exist
in:
[show fields from authorizenet]
What do I do next?

upgrading 1.3.x to 1.3.9h; using zc_install, and it says a table is missing, hangs up
