Email out for one page does not work

What happens when you change the settings to this:

E-Mail Transport Method PHP
E-Mail Linefeeds CRLF
Use MIME HTML
When Sending Emails true
Send E-Mails true
Email Archiving Active? true
E-Mail Friendly-Errors

All my other emails work find. is there a file that manages the manual funtions independently

I said GoDaddy, because that's who the domain was registered through.

If you mean by "manual emails" those that you send from your PC then they can't be compared to those that are sent by Zen Cart.

You need to contact HostGator. Or look around their forums at least to see if anyone else is having this problem and if they know the answer.

by manual, I mean email sent from zc, in tools>send email

I was able to send an email to my own admin. so I get the feeling that there is some type of filter that will not let send out to other email addys..
