Problem with array_unshift function?

Recently my debug log give us wrong information as below.

But i dont know how to fixed , please help me thanks

Zen Cart does not have any array_unshift() function calls in the functions_lookups.php file.
Must be something wrong with an addon or customizations you've made to that file.
