You'll need to use a separate program (like MailChimp, for example) which sends emails in batches.

    Thank you so much.

But it's the issue of Hosting provider , not of Software.

does the Hosting provider block the emails sent via zen-cart,
but allow batch emails via MailChimp?

or MailChimp is also an add-on of Zen-cart.

I haven't used Mailchimp (or any other mailing program), but I believe it has a feature that allows you to specify a number of emails to send as a batch. You can set that number at or just below the number your host allows.

Example: You have 3000 emails to send. Your host allows 1000 emails per hour. You can (I think) set MailChimp to send the emails in three batches, one hour apart.
