Some subcategories not displaying products

Hi,

I have created a new store for a client and we have discovered that some subcategories aren't showing products, even though they have products loaded. In all cases, it is only one subcategory under a category that isn't displaying, while the others work fine.

I have used ZenCart 1.3.9H and installed the ZenCart template #27808 and I have made some additional addons/mods (COWOA, ImageHandler2, Shop by Price, AmountUntilFreeShipping, StateZones, EZPagesImprovedMenus, ExpandedCategoryList, EasyPopulate3.0.3, BlankSidebox, ConstantContactSideboxSignupForm) and other minor cosmetic customizations.

Bras & Bra Sets> Lace, Mesh, & Satin
Clubwear> Dresses
Corsets & Bustiers> Lace, Mesh, & Satin
Dresses> Lace, Mesh, & Satin
Garter Belts> Lace, Mesh & Satin
Sets> Skirt Sets

I have tried looking at how the subcategories are defined and the product within them, but don't see anything unusual compared to the ones that are working fine.

I would love any suggestions on what to try to resolve this issue.

You aren't getting the 'This category contains no products' message, so I would look in your /cache folder for error logs.

Actually your whole page stop loading after the category heading.

So your footer and right box aren't loading.

There could be a lot of reasons, most likely you are requiring a file that isn't on the server.

You can enable the error loggin tool and see if you can log any errors.

There are no error logs for the last few days.

I've noticed that on most of the subcategories that aren't showing products, it show the "Filter Results By" and defaults to "All Manufacturers". If I select the individual manufacturers, those products show fine except for one manufacturer that doesn't show anything even though there are products in that category by that manufacturer.

Any other ideas?

I don't think you will be able to get an answer without having to go through the site.

The site stop loading when the centerbox start loading, so there is gotta be something breaking the php.

How do I turn error logging on? I haven't seen any logs since 5/18. Do I need to clear out the old logs to get it to start creating new ones?

It is odd though that most of the other pages load. I thought it all uses the same code, so I would think that if one page didn't load, the rest wouldn't either.

We moved the site to a different hosting company and now it loads properly. We were on 1and1 and now it is on HostGator. Who would have thought that would have made a difference.
