Customer Registration, 'Submit' button not linked

Greetings,

This is my first time posting on the forums here. I've been developing a website for my clothing brand and have been able to solve numerous problems by simply searching and reading threads here. This one seems easy, but it's got be stumped and I can't find an answer anywhere:

When I go to register myself as a customer, so I can test the checkout, I can't submit my information. The button shows up just fine, and the login button above works as well, but when I click submit, nothing happens. It simply doesn't have a link.

Any suggestion?

Have you tried with different browsers ?

Also, I've tried the page in chrome and safari. I realize that these are similar browsers, but it is important to me that it works in these as they are what a majority of mac users tend to use.

In your modification of the login/create_account page, the create_account section is no longer part of a form ... so there's nothing to submit!
