Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes..
I noticed a few times that under "WHO'S ONLINE" there is 1 IP Address accessing dozens of page on my website at the same time. What is this, a spam, hack?

Depends ... could be a search engine spider. Use a whois tool to find out who they are.

Spiders are usually in pink and looking at 1 item at a time, but this one is looking about at least 40+ pages at the same time. and in color blue.
