Show prices on login only

Hello I have a website and wish to show prices only when customers login, is this possible, this is to stop my competition from checking out prices.

Admin - Configuration - Customer Details - Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices

Understand that it isn't just your competitors who want to check your prices - it's also potential customers like me who would just leave your site if I discovered I had to create an account to see your pricing.

Also, it takes maybe 30 seconds for your competitors to create an account on your site.

admin > config > customer details > Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices

Options

0= Not required
1= Must login to browse
2= May browse but no prices unless logged in
3= Showroom Only

And a setting in
admin > config > customer details > Customer Approval Status - Authorization Pending
