1. What's giving the best speed considering load times, calling the java scripts as separate files or embedding them directly unto the page where they're supposed to display?
2. Does placing the java scripts in the jscript folder (loading them site wide) cause longer load times.

A good host with good servers are what you need
One can load js site wide OR per page
