This is my first post and I hope that I am doing it correctly.
I recently had 3 orders declined using PayPal website payments pro and direct payments options. I had no idea if it was an error on my end or the customer's.
The error codes were 10505 and 15005. After searching for hours on this forum and PayPal's I finally gave in and called them. The rep gave me my answers and then showed me a resource that I had never known about previously (and apparently was not smart enough to find.)
I thought that I would share them in case anyone else has the same problems.
