Unkown source of Meta tags

I have some meta tags showing up on my front page that I cannot seem to find the source of. I'm searching for these keywords in using the developer's tool kit and nothing comes up. I've downloaded the whole site and done a text search - nothing. I've searched for and checked every possible meta file i can find.

Is it possible these are coming from the database? Where should I look?

All other pages are fine but these seem to come from nowhere...?
