If you're just trying to give bulk discounts on a single product, you can use the Native Quantity Discounts module - search for Products Price Manager threads. This produces the table image you put in your post. (You can use mine too, but you may as well use the native one if you're just discounting bulk purchases of single products, rather than grouping them.)
