Hebrew language problem

Hello zen cart members/support :).
I am having trouble with my hebrew language under the template "puregreen", when i surf the website in english it works fine, but in hebrew i get a blank page for "My account" and the php error log provided here says:

I tried checking hebrew.php for syntax errors but i could not find any, i also tried copying the english.php file and renaming it to hebrew.php instead of the real hebrew one, but still the problem remains.

Update:
Problem solved, was an encoding (UTF-8) issue
