All my images are small

I've uploaded 3 sets of differently sized images: deltaone.jpg, deltaone_MED.jpg and deltaone_LRG.jpg in the images manager. However, they all come out at 100 px wide, and are listed in the images manager as default size 100x93, medium size 100x93 and large size 100x93.
I've looked through the forum and FAQ and it appears that I've done everything correctly. The click to enlarge function just displays the little 100x93 thumbnail instead of the 300px wide delatone_LRG.jpg that I uploaded.
Any idea where I've gone wrong?

admin >> configuration >> Images >> Product Info - Image Width/height

what do these say?

Personally id try uploading them via FTP to the images (medium/large) folders. think thier is a guide in the help section.
