Master Password config panel not showing

in admin-> Configuration-> My Store-> I am unable to display the entry panel for Master Password.

When the Master Password title or the action button are pressed the right side panel disappears and the left panel expands to fill the page. I checked this in both Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome 11.0.696.71 m. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium SP-1.

Without the panel showing I cannot configure the master password.

I tried several other configuration choices and the right panel reappears for those entries. In all cases the horizontal scroll bar slider occupies the full width of the window (no horiz scrolling possible).

That's symptomatic of your site encountering PHP errors. You'll need to find out the error message before you can fix it. https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82

The most common cause of a problem there is missing function declarations or broken functions due to the storeowner doing a mass search-and-replace in their PHP files to rename a "zen_" database prefix in a most incorrect way.

Kobra was right. It is a third party add-on. I thought it was a new built in feature of the latest ZC version which I had just installed fresh, but attached the existing store database.

The database contained the Master Password data in the configuration tables and so it popped up in the admin configuration menu. The supporting files from the add-on have not been installed. My bad. Sorry for the false alarm.
