question - installing a private SSL - what website name do I use?

My hosting company provided a shared ssl but it no longer works because of an upgrade to the cpanel.

I purchased an SSL from godaddy. But, I am not sure what website name I provide to be able to use the ssl.

If my domain name was websitestore.com

- zen cart is installed in websitestore.com/store/

- my previous shared ssl in the config.php was https://websitestore.com.myhsphere.biz

What website address should I provide to generate the certificate?

just websitestore.com?

sorry, I know this is a very basic question, but I've looked through the support here and my hosting company is helpful to a point, but I just want not screw up the certificate specifically for zen cart.

With godaddy you can buy it for the domain name. The sub-domain will be secured.
