What about performance difference between file and database?

Normally database is faster BUT with your query times at approx 1.75 seconds for only approx 750 querries I would stay with file based cache

On the firstload it is
Parse Time: 3.195 - Number of Queries: 1027 - Query Time: 2.3633191266022
and on the reload it is
Parse Time: 1.275 - Number of Queries: 1025 - Query Time: 0.60851072624206

I do not know whether that's good or bad?

Parse Time: 0.391 - Number of Queries: 861 - Query Time: 0.213437704926
Reload
Parse Time: 0.367 - Number of Queries: 855 - Query Time: 0.225382941956

Web site load is sluggish at times
