How can I apply this Quantity Discount

I have gone thru this forum and can't find an answer to my issue.
There seem to be a lot of kind people on this forum. So I know someone knows the answer.

I am very new to Zencart. I have installed ZC 3.9h.
I have installed one mod - quantitity discounts.

THIS IS MY ISSUE:
in my store I have 4 categories. In one of these categories, (Lets call it category 4), I have 40 subcategories.

In this category (and 40 sucategories) I have over 250 downloadable products. All the products are the same price of $49.00 each.

I want to sell 3 of these downloadable products for $99.00
And 10 for $199.00. Remember: I want this discount to apply
accross only this category 4.(that of course includes all the subcategories)

My question is, is this possible?

If so, Can some one please tell me in a very simple language how I can accomplish this.

I have tried the quantity discount contribution. It worked, but only within each subcategory. I need this accross category 4 (that includes all sub categories within category 4).
