WHERE DO I FIND THIS LINK SO I CAN CHANGE MY HEADER ?
I HAVE BEEN EVERYWHERE - CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE TO START - WHAT DROP DOWN TAB DO I BEGIN WITH - HELP !

There is no drop down tab for this. Php files are best edited with a plain text editor like Notepad++ or Crimson Editor. Download the file to your computer (FileZilla is a good, free FTP program) and do your editing there. When done, upload the changed file to your site. Don't forget to use the override system.

Hello and thanks for your help -
i downloaded firezilla - the screen says it might harm my computer- i downloaded anyway -
went to note pad and typed "welcome to shep's"-
saved the file -
now what is the next step ?
How do i use firezilla ?
I have 4 websites that need changing of headers -
this means a lot to me to get through this-
