Manufacturer Images too big

Hi, I have tried looking through forums for this issue but unable to find any solutions. It may just be a simple problem to fix but with my very limitied coding knowledge need some help.
All my pictures display correctly except for the manufacturer images on the product page they are displayed very large and go off the screen in some cases.
Is there anyway how to get them to adjust to the same size to fit in the sidebox?

Also does anyone know how to not display the product weight on the product page, i have dissabled it in the product listing but cant find how to on the product page.

this is the image size:
<img width="1063" height="354" title=" Samsung " alt="Samsung" src="images/manufacturers/Samsung.jpg">

You have to scale down the width and height for your manufactures logo's to fit into the sidebox..

Oh ok so i need to adjust the image size before uploading them. I didnt know if they would automatically fit like the actual product images do.
