A category has 3 products, Product A, Product B, and Product C.
Is there a way to make it so that if a customer orders Product A, he/she is then unable to purchase Product B and Product C in that same category?

what if you set it up as one product and then just make it an option A, b, or C?
(depending on the product of course)
Yes, we currently have that set-up for our existing site but for our redesign we wanted to break it down into Categories, Subcategories and individual products (we found that our customers had a tough time navigating or remember to select their product option).
There are different shipping methods needed for Product A and they will not be shipped together. Plus, if a customer purchases Product A, they wouldn't necessarily need Product B or Product C.
A, B and C don't tell us much. A link to the site and a complete explanation would help.
You're going to have to write custom logic. Nothing like this is built in.
