Changing text in order shipped email

I am trying to change the text in order-shipped email sent from the store. I want to change the current text below the ship date which says
"The comments for your order are"
I tried to find it using developer tool kit and other methods but no luck. Any suggestions as to which file this text is located in? Thanks

When I used the developers too kit I just pasted your text in the bottom left box and did a search:

your_special_admin_name/includes/languages/english/orders.php

Line #79 : define('EMAIL_TEXT_COMMENTS_UPDATE', '<em>The comments for your order are: </em>');

Take careful notes because there are no overrides for the admin section...

Thank you very much. I did the same search again in Developer Tool Kit and it says no text found. Am I missing something? Do I need to put the text within quotes. I appreciate your help but would like to know why my search fails.
