Catalog not loading/Admin loads fine

To whom it may concern,

I am having trouble with my Zen Cart V1.3.8
New install and no addons and hasn't been customized yet.
I installed Zen Cart to the hosting server with ease, followed all
directions that was on the install document and created a new database for this shopping cart. I then proceeded to the admin
section with no problems, added all the products and pricing and listed what payment module I was going to used. Problem came when I tried to go to the catalog section and the original set up page opened that explain if I was seeing this page then my "configure.php" in either or both the includes/ and admin/includes/ folders has either a file path incorrect or database server information incorrect. Could not find the problem so I reinstalled the same Zen Cart entire file to my server again with a new database and had the same out come.

Did you let the installer write the path information, or did you edit the configure.php files manually? Not including the trailing slash in the path entries that need it will cause that screen to display.

Also, are you sure there isn't a typo in the database info in the cart configure file?

I let the installer write the path to all the configure.php file, I then viewed it after there was a problem viewing the cart. All the changes I tried failed but I always left a trailing slash on the paths that either started out that way or was told to do by the instructions on the page. I have double, triple and quadruple checked the database information and there isn't any typos or irregularities in the information that was given to both the cart configuration and the admin configuration. Admin connects to the database just fine. I tell you this is just not making any sense.

Have you got SSL Security set up for admin, i have a similar problem, when you try to load catalogue put an "S" after the http to make it https and see if it loads ok then.
