SBA + Attribute Grid Help

I've seen that at some point the attribute grid allowed so that it showed the actual amount of each quantity that was available and it appeared to be a default but now I need to have that option and I can't figure out where to set this us.

I notice in the attributes.php file around line 200 it says something like if the show_attribute_stock == true

so I'm thinking that there's somewhere to set that...but where???

You'd need to install the Stock By Attributes mod first.

Not sure I understand...you mean I actually have to uninstall the attribute grid mod and sba mod, then reinstall first the sba mod and then the attribute grid mod? Is there something in the code of the attribute grid that needs to be installed after specifically? Anyway there's a way to pinpoint where it is because I've got a ton of products and I can't really afford to take them out and put them back in...?

I've gone back and looked to make sure but all my files for the Attribute Grid are the same so I'm really not understanding what this would cause a problem with.

I notice in the readme file it says something about if there is only one type of attribute the QTY column is automatically added (I'm assuming on the front end so that customers can see) but its not....so I'm really at a loss here.
