Sale - Can't activate

I filled all necessary fields for enabling a 'sale', but it doesn't appear at all in the front end.

Customer don't know that the specific category is on sale.

I appreciate that English is not your first language, but your post doesn't make enough sense or give enough information.

Also - aren't you supposed to be a Zen Cart Developer?

Catalog > SaleMaker > new sale > SaleName field > Deduction field > Type field > Click on insert > (Click on insert)

After all that, my customer still don't get to see that the products are on sale

try resetting master categories ID
iv had a similar problem and this fixed my problem
admin>tools>store manager>>reset master categories id

I tried but it didn't work.

What I did eventually was to 'make sale' for the whole category.
(I wanted to make sale for only one sub-category.... at least my customers will enjoy the 'messing up'..)
