    cart error loop back in Express Checkout

    This is a new v1.3.9h installation. I have checked the Forum and realized that others had the same problem. However their solution does not apply to my problem. The cart keeps going through step 2, <<Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information>> and 3 <<Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation>>
    without getting to PayPal. Also, there is no error given.
    And

    Please Help

    Check your /cache for mydebug files

    Do you have your PayPal module setup in the admin to create logs - at least until you get this corrected? http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61199

    Right now, the cart is set for testing in the sand box

    Set it to live.

    If I set it to live, I have no way of checking that the paypal functions are working. Further, I still have to develop the processes that follow payment.
    It would be good for me to do things in Sandbox, then, switch to live.
