Where do we go to rename the box information page 5 and 7 under the menu tab and remove the Payment Methods and Store tab on the header?

I was able to change the name of pages 2 and 3 successfully under the More Information tab. Unfortunately, when I changed the name of page 4 I made an error which I cannot seem to identify.
I kept the ' ' in between the page name when I changed it.
Is there a way that I can see where my error was made?

No error log files. Just: htaccess, index.php, and sess_o0lh7m5m2clitu8unpj382cht5 from Oct. 2010.
