Image sizing help plz

its easy and free lady. feel free to email me if u need help. I usually resize my photos 150 wide and 250 height for the main image, I resize my large as 300x500 and they seem to work ok.

Ok I have it downloaded to my desktop..do I now upload with my FTP thingy and into which file? I'm a show me a video or pictures kinda of girl and I can do it..written instructions not so much...LOL

yu probably need to resize the large image to 300wide and 500 high, Ifranview will do that for you, then u need to resharpen the image and upload it to your image folder in your store. Now remember there is a image folder there and inside the image folder there is a large folder also. so the
150x250 image goes into the image folder. Name that for instance 1234.jpg
the 300x500 you put in the Large folder
for the large to blow up when clicked on thru the store make that 300x500 pic and list it as 1234_LRG.jpg and it will work. I will respond thru ur thread so others can read the post too but feel free to cantact me thru here if u wish but is should be done on the forum so others may read and help them too.

dont use the ftp thingy for ifranview. install that on ur computer first and then we will work on it.

I would concentrate on installing IH3 on your Zen Cart. As I remember the instructions are pretty straight forward and it's easy to install. You can deal with the images later. Resizing isn't that difficult. Most good image editors will do it for you.
