I'll try putting the file there and see how it goes.
But to answer your question. My site is hosted by host gator, and they offer this "quick install" area. I'd link you to it, but it seems you need to be logged into a host gator account to view it.
Anywho, they offer all kinds of things to install to your site, like wordpress, phbb stuff, joomla, and zen cart among other commerce software.
This is where i installed zen cart from.

The module is appearing now.
I do have one more question though. Now that I am installing the UPS XML module, will I need to/should I disable the default ups module that comes witch zen cart?
You probably won't want to confuse your customers by having 2 UPS modules enabled. Click "Remove" on the one you don't want to use.
