I received an order but the payment never got pushed thru to authorize.net. Any suggestions for receiving the payment? A partial visa # was on the order.

It sounds like you have the Offline Credit Card module activated, and the customer used that. If you have authorize.net installed, you need to click Remove on the Offline module in admin.
